MEET THE FOUNDER

V. Javier Cotto

LPC, CMHC, NCC

Life can be overwhelming — whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or a season of change you didn't see coming.

V. Javier Cotto is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with five years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find clarity, healing, and lasting resilience.

Helping You Find Hope,

Healing & Balance

Javier works with clients ages 13 and up across a wide range of challenges — from ADHD and mood disorders to trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, and family dynamics. His approach is integrative and deeply client-centered, drawing on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused care — meeting each person where they are, not where someone else thinks they should be.

He offers telehealth services for residents of Texas and Utah, making quality mental health care accessible from wherever life has you. Your first call is a no-pressure conversation — a chance to make sure it's the right fit and explore your coverage options through his insurance network.

Javier is licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) / Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, and in the state of Utah as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) through the Utah Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing (DOPL).

He holds national certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). He is also verified by Psychology Today.
